Rumi Life is a wonderful journey but not without moments of trouble, stress, loss and difficult transitions. A variety of feelings - sadness, anger, regret, among others - can leave us feeling stuck and unmotivated. The beauty of our journey is that during such times, we can actually discover, or better yet "uncover" what we would like to have more of in our lives - perhaps an increased sense of success and belonging at school or work or more positive relationships with family and loved ones. We are born whole and perfect in our imperfections, as I like to think.
